Terms of Service

Infodots Services LLP provides custom website design and development services for real estate professionals, including:

• Custom website design and development
• Mobile-responsive website creation
• Search engine optimization (SEO) setup
• Google Analytics integration
• Domain registration and hosting (first year included)
• Business email setup (Office 365 / GSuite / Zoho)
• Website maintenance services

All websites are custom-designed specifically for each client. We do not use templates. Our team handles all technical aspects of website creation, updates, and maintenance.

50% Deposit Required

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. The deposit is due upon acceptance of your project proposal and must be received before any design or development work commences.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, before the website is launched or transferred to you. "Completion" is defined as when the final design has been approved and the website is ready for launch.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon. All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Late Payments

If final payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend the project and withhold delivery until payment is received in full.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel within 24 hours of deposit payment and before we have started the discovery process, you may request a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

After Work Begins

Once the design process has started, all fees paid are non-refundable. This includes cancellation, unresponsiveness for more than 30 days, failure to provide required materials, or breach of these Terms.

Completed Work

No refunds will be issued for completed websites. Once delivered and approved, the project is complete and all payments are final.

Delivery Schedule

• Standard Plan: 14 business days
• Premium Plan: 10 business days (priority queue)

Timelines begin after receipt of 50% deposit, completion of discovery questionnaire, and receipt of all required materials.

Client Delays

If delays are caused by the Client (delayed feedback, missing materials, unresponsiveness), the delivery timeline will be extended accordingly.

Inactive Projects

If a Client is unresponsive for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to close the project without refund. Reactivation may require an additional fee.

Included Revisions

• Standard Plan: 2 rounds of design revisions
• Premium Plan: 3 rounds of design revisions
• Both plans: Unlimited content revisions during build

Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond included rounds are billed at $75 per hour. Major design or scope changes may require a new quote.

Post-Launch Changes

After launch, content updates are handled by our team as part of your maintenance plan (Year 2 onwards) or billed separately.

Ownership Transfer

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive complete ownership of:

• All website files and source code created for your project
• Custom design elements and graphics
• Content written specifically for your website

Third-Party Assets

Stock images, fonts, and third-party plugins are subject to their respective licenses. We ensure all assets are properly licensed for commercial use.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Supply all required content, images, and brand assets in a timely manner
• Respond to project communications within 5 business days
• Review and provide feedback on design drafts promptly
• Ensure you have the rights to use any content or images you provide
• Make timely payments as outlined in these Terms

Your first year of service includes:

• Domain name registration (or transfer)
• Website hosting
• Basic maintenance and security updates
• 1 business email account

After Year 1, maintenance plans start at $99/month, including hosting, content updates, SEO updates, domain renewal, and email maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infodots Services LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-party service interruptions (hosting, domain registrars, etc.)
• Damages from unauthorized access to or alteration of your website

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infodots Services LLP from any claims arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in harmful conduct.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
